Aromatherapy Massage:
A delicate and gentle form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system, boosts the immune system and provides relaxation and stress relief. Essential oils or phytols are specifically selected for each treatment.
Remedial Massage:
For those who prefer a firmer pressure, more time is spent concentrating on a particular area or injury. This gives relief from muscle tension, aches and pains.
Indian Head Massage:
A relaxing therapy which involves massage of the upper back, neck and shoulders, head and face. The massage relieves tension in the back and the treatment of the scalp and face is a great stress reliever. Sitting comfortably it may be performed fully clothed.
Aromatic Indian Head Massage:
A deeply calming massage, which uses a variety of specialised techniques in the treatment of the upper back and upper arms, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. Marma points, the Indian equivalent to the Chinese Acupressure points can also be incorporated. A small amount of base oil, with added organic oils, or phytols are used sitting comfortably with a towel around the chest. |
